WELCOME TO MODULE RESOURCES INCORPORATED
Module Resources Incorporated is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the development of its Ladner Gold Project. In conjunction with the project, Module is assembling a management and advisory team with expertise in exploration, development and operations. This team is oriented towards integrity with the intent of creating a performance- driven culture for stakeholders as well as being dedicated to safety and environmental responsibility.
Project Overview
The Ladner Gold Project, located in British Columbia, Canada, approximately 150 km east of Vancouver, encompasses the Carolin Mine, a former underground gold producer from 1982 – 84, Emancipation Mine (intermittent gold producer from 1916 – 41), Pipestem Mine (intermittent gold producer from 1935 - 37), and numerous gold prospects situated along 18 km of the under-explored Coquihalla Gold Belt. The Company has retained the valid Mine Permit and permitted tailings impoundment from the previous operation of the Carolin Mine. The mill was dismantled in 2006. Module’s focus is to conduct an exploration and development program in order to confirm and improve upon to NI 43 101 standards of disclosure the historical resource estimate of 192,000 oz of gold for the Carolin Mine and the historical resource estimate of 30,000 oz of gold for the potential McMaster open pit. The exploration program will be carried out in conjunction with conducting a prefeasibility study to determine the economics of the project before initiating a feasibility study. The goal is to explore and develop a one million oz gold reserve and to take the Ladner Mine (formerly called Carolin Mine) and potential McMaster open pit into production within the shortest time possible.
Module Resources Inc. is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol MLE. |
