Module has an option agreement to earn up to a 90% interest of the Carolin Mine properties from Century Mining Corporation.  The property includes claims covering 18km of the Coquihalla Gold Belt, which is similar in structure, rock type and composition to the California Mother Lode.

The property has already produced almost 50,000 ounces of gold from several historic mines, most significantly from the Carolin Mine (1982-1984), which produced 43,500 ounces.  The site is developed and close to labor, power and transportation, and it has high exploration potential.
