Module Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Module Resources Incorporated (TSX - V: MLE) has accepted the resignation of Mr. Richard Meschke who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2007.  The Company wishes him success and thanks him for his contribution in the early stages of Module’s growth. 

Module will appoint an interim Chief Financial Officer until the position can be filled permanently.  In due course, Module will add to its management team commensurate with the Company’s advancement of its Ladner Gold Property.
